The way to prevent NAF needle roller bearings from being embroidered
1. Soaking method: Some small NAF bearings are soaked in anti-rust grease, and the thickness of the oil film can be achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of the anti-rust grease. A method of attaching a layer of anti-rust grease to the surface.
2. Brushing method: When brushing, pay attention to applying evenly on the surface of NAF bearings, do not produce accumulation, and also pay attention to avoiding missing coating.
3. Spraying method: Some large anti-rust objects are unsuitable for oiling by immersion method. Generally, filter compressed air with a pressure of about 0.7Mpa is used for spraying in an air-cleaning center. The spray method is suitable for solvent-diluted anti-rust oil or thin-layer anti-rust oil. This method must adopt perfect fire protection and labor protection measures.
