Correct storage method of NAF slewing bearings
The purchased slewing bearings have been fully anti-rust and oil-sealed before leaving the factory. Under normal storage and important conditions, the bearings can be guaranteed not to rust within 12 months from the date the bearings leave the factory. If the user's slewing bearings in stock have not exceeded the above-mentioned period, as long as the original packaging of the bearings is intact and undamaged, they can be stored for a long time, but the slewing bearings that are beyond rust prevention and still need to be stored should be cleaned and oil-sealed again.
Slewing bearings should be placed horizontally on a dry, ventilated, and flat place, and stored away from chemicals and other corrosive items. When multiple sets of turntable bearings are stacked together for storage, at least three evenly spaced wooden pads with the same height shall be placed between each set of turntables along the circumferential direction, and the upper and lower pads shall be placed in the same direction.
