When cleaning NAF needle roller bearings, the rollers, bead holders, inner rings and outer rings should also be disengaged. During hot oil cleaning, the temperature of the oil should not exceed 20°C. If you use an open flame to heat directly, you should pay attention to prevent the oil from burning. The needle bearing should be suspended in the oil pan, and sinking to the bottom will cause overheating and reduce the hardness.
Soak stamped needle roller bearings in kerosene for 5-10 minutes, pinch the inner ring with one hand, and roll the outer ring with the other hand, and the dry oil or antirust paste on NAF needle roller bearings will fall off. Then put NAF needle roller bearings into cleaner kerosene and rinse with a fine and soft brush. When cleaning the radial spherical ball needle roller bearings and short cylindrical roller needle roller bearings, the balls, bead frame, inner ring, and outer ring should be cleaned. The ring is disengaged and cleaned, and the cleaned needle bearing is wiped dry with a clean cloth.
