Product Introduction

With the same center as the bearing ,the spherically formed outer ring raceway can make self-alignment.Their rolling elements linearly come into contact with the raceways of inner ring and outer ring. The bearings can take great radial load ,suitable for heavy machinery used in mining, metallurgical, paper-making and construction, etc.
It is the latest design,using symmetric spherical roller ,two pieces of pressed steel cages,flange-less inner ring and guide ring centred on the cage, guide ring around the outer can improve lubricating condition on roller face of end, It can also reduce friction, help guiding roller in the non-load region, and assist roller into the loading area,meanwhile, the length of roller is getting longer so that the load rating has been enhanced.
E1 series bearings have higher bearing capacity and wear resistance, ultraprecision rollers for quieter operation, and nitrated cages for higher or lower operating temperatures. Mainly used in vibrating screen, continuous casting machine, wind power, paper machine, and gear box.
