The inner diameter of the assembly sleeve should be larger than the diameter of the journal, and the outer diameter should be larger than the rib of the bearing inner ring. The outer ring of the bearing bush should be closely matched with the bearing bush seat hole. If the inner ring and the bearing bush are loosely fitted, the bearing bush can be pressed into the bearing bush seat hole first. Note that the outer diameter of the bushing should be smaller than the seat hole diameter. If the bearing ring fits closely with the shaft and seat hole, press the inner and outer rings into the shaft and seat hole at the same time.
