With the continuous progress of society, mechanization has also been widely used in our current production and life. As bearing is an indispensable part of machinery, its application range will be wider and wider, because exactly speaking, only the bearing is in the rotating position. Do you know the problems that should be paid attention to when selecting bearings? Here is a brief introduction for you.
1. Bearing model selection: the bearing model is generally selected by the user's technicians according to the use and load-bearing conditions of the bearing. The operator mainly knows whether the actual load of the user is consistent with the selected bearing. If the bearing fails to meet the use requirements, the customer should be advised to change the model as soon as possible, but there is generally no problem when selecting the model for special products.
2. Selection of bearing clearance: when purchasing bearings, users usually only inform the bearing model and grade, and rarely have requirements on bearing clearance. Operators must understand that the service conditions, bearing speed, temperature and fit tolerance of bearings are directly related to the selection of bearing clearance. Generally, CM clearance is used for motors with a speed lower than 3500 rpm, and larger clearance is required for high-temperature high-speed motors. After assembly, the clearance of the bearing will be reduced due to the increase of the inner hole and the reduction of the outer circle. The reduction of clearance = interference × 60% (except that the bearing chamber is aluminum). For example, if the clearance before bearing assembly is 0.01mm and the interference during assembly is 0.01mm, the clearance after bearing assembly is 0.004mm. Theoretically, the noise and service life of the bearing reach the best state when there is zero clearance, but in actual operation, the temperature rise and other problems are considered. The clearance of the bearing after assembly is 0.002mm-0.004mm.
3. Oil selection: oil selection is generally based on factors such as bearing speed, temperature resistance, noise requirements and starting torque. Operators are required to be familiar with the performance of various greases.
4. Selection of bearing seal type: bearing lubrication can be divided into oil lubrication and grease lubrication. Type bearings are generally used for oil lubricated bearings, and dust covers or rubber seals are generally used for grease lubricated bearings. The sealing sleeve is applicable to the parts with higher temperature or better service environment. The seals are divided into contact seal and non-contact seal. The contact seal has good dust-proof performance, but the starting torque is large, while the starting torque of non joint seal is small, and the sealing performance is poor.
