Method 1: soaking method
The key point of soaking method is to completely soak in antirust grease. Antirust grease can adhere to metal surfaces such as bearings to form a layer of antirust film. If it needs to be stored for a long time, the thickness of the grease can be thickened. The thickening method is described in the antirust grease manual, which is generally achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of the antirust grease.
Method 2: brushing method
In addition to direct soaking, antirust grease can also be brushed onto the bearing surface. The key point of brushing is uniformity. Because it is manual, we should pay attention to avoid missing coating and accumulation in some areas.
Method 3: spray method
Spray method is mainly used for large bearings. Because large bearings need more coverage, spray personnel need to use filtered compressed air for spraying. Before using the machine for operation, the antirust oil needs to be diluted with solvent or a thin layer of antirust oil. After the machine is operated, perfect labor protection measures and fire prevention measures are also necessary
