1. Application position
Tapered roller bearings are suitable for bearing the combined radial and axial load dominated by radial load. They are usually used in pairs with two sets of bearings. They are mainly used in the transmission parts of automobile, such as front and rear hubs, driving bevel gears, differentials, reducers, etc.
2. Allowable speed
Under the condition of correct installation and good lubrication, the allowable speed is 30% - 50% of the limit speed of the bearing. Under normal circumstances, 20% of the limit speed is the best.
3. Allowable inclination angle
Tapered roller bearings generally do not allow the shaft to tilt relative to the housing hole. If there is a tilt, the maximum is not more than 2 '.
4. Allowable temperature
Under the condition of bearing normal load, high temperature resistance and sufficient lubrication, the general bearing is allowed to be under the ambient temperature of - 30 ~ 150 ℃.
