1. Temperature of maintenance bearing:

Generally, the temperature of the outer spherical bearing rises slowly as the operation begins, and reaches a stable state after 1 to 2 hours. The normal temperature of the bearing varies with the heat capacity, heat dissipation, speed and load of the machine. If the lubrication and installation are not appropriate, the bearing temperature will rise sharply and abnormal high temperature will occur. At this time, the machine must be shut down and necessary preventive measures must be taken.


2. Lubricant for maintenance bearing:

Lubrication has an important influence on the fatigue life, friction, wear, temperature rise and vibration of bearings. Without normal lubrication, bearings cannot work. The analysis of bearing damage causes shows that about 40% of bearing damage is related to poor lubrication, so good lubrication of bearings is an effective measure to reduce bearing friction and wear.


3. Vibration of maintenance bearing:

The impact of bearing vibration on bearing failure is obvious, such as spalling, indentation, rust, crack, wear, etc., which will be reflected in the bearing vibration detection. Therefore, the magnitude of vibration can be measured by using special bearing vibration measurement devices (frequency analyzer and vibration meter, etc.), and the specific situation of abnormal vibration can be inferred from the frequency distribution. The measured value varies with the service conditions of the bearing or the installation position of the sensor, Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine in advance to determine the judgment standard.
