(2) For the number of revolutions to be used, please refer to the items related to the allowable number of revolutions recorded in this product manual and the product specification confirmation chart of our company. If it is used in the case of exceeding the allowable number of revolutions, it is easy to damage the circulating parts, resulting in the risk of the workbench falling off. When the vertical axis is used, it is recommended to prevent the table, etc. from falling off by installing a protective structure such as a safety nut. Please consult with our company about the protection structure.
(3) If the ball screw nut is used for overtravel, there will be problems such as the ball falling off, circulation parts being damaged, track indentation, etc., resulting in poor operation. If you continue to use it in this state, it will lead to accelerated wear and damage to circulating parts. So please never use overtravel. In case of overtravel use, please ask our company to check, and our company will be responsible for the inspection in a paid way.
(4) The designed operating temperature limit of this product is below 80 degrees, please do not use it under the condition of exceeding this temperature. Otherwise, it may cause damage to circulation parts and sealing cover parts.
