Features And Structural Forms Of NAF Four-row Cylindrical Roller Bearings

NAF four-row cylindrical roller bearings are widely used in various rolling mill roll support bearings n the metallurgical, non-ferrous metals, and rubber and plastic rolling industries.

The main features and structural forms of this bearing are:

1. Main features of bearings

a. The bearing has the maximum rated dynamic load value in the limited installation space, and can be used for high-speed and high-precision rolling;

b. The bearing is allowed to have a more precise limit tolerance;

c. The inner ring is allowed to be assembled interchangeably with the outer components (outer ring, complete set of rollers), which facilitates quick roll change.

2. The structural form of the bearing

FC type: two outer rings with ribs, integral inner ring and comb cage, cylindrical rollers;

FCD type: two outer rings with ribs, two inner rings and comb cages, cylindrical rollers;

FCDP type: two outer rings without outer ribs, two inner rings, two outer retaining rings, one intermediate retaining ring, hollow rollers, pin-type cage.
