In the process of operation, the bearing requires correct re lubrication to perfect its performance. The lubrication methods of micro bearings are divided into grease lubrication and oil lubrication. In order to give full play to the function of the bearing, first of all, we should choose the lubrication method suitable for the use conditions and purposes. If only lubrication is considered, the lubricity of oil lubrication is dominant. However, grease lubrication has the advantage of simplifying the structure around the bearing.
The accuracy grade of bearings is increased from grade 0, which is sufficient for general purposes, but when used in the conditions or occasions shown in Table 1, grade 5 or higher accuracy is required.
Although the above accuracy levels are based on ISO standards, their names are different in national standards.

There are many sizes and forms of standard bearings. It is best to use standard bearings in the design of mechanical devices (considering whether the bearings are easy to purchase, as an aside, some models in the bearing catalogue do exist, but some non-standard bearings are not available in stock in Chinese Mainland, and sometimes the futures will take a long time, so the time cost and later replacement cost should be considered when selecting bearings), The nature, size and direction of the load applied to the bearing are variable. Generally, the rated base load is shown on the dimension table. However, axial load and radial load are also important factors in selecting suitable bearings. When the sizes of ball and needle roller bearings are equal, needle roller bearings usually have high load capacity and bear large vibration and impact loads.
