Cylindrical roller bearing is an important component in modern mechanical equipment. Its main function is to support the rotating body of the machine, reduce the friction coefficient during its movement, and ensure its rotation accuracy. There are a set of strict implementation requirements when installing cylindrical roller bearings. The following are the precautions before and after bearing installation:
1、 Precautions before installation
1. Check the bearing for quality problems. Whether the rotation is flexible, carefully check the surface of bearing parts for defects, such as indentation, burns, cracks, etc. It is strictly prohibited to install parts with quality problems.
2. Ensure that the installation site is clean and prevent foreign matters from entering the bearing.
3. Ensure that the bearings are clean and do not install bearings that have not been cleaned.
4. Ensure the sealing quality. Carefully check whether the model, specification and size of the seal are appropriate, whether there are defects or quality problems, whether the relevant accessories are complete and whether the coordination is reasonable.
2、 Precautions during installation
1. To avoid hard installation and impact, it is necessary to ensure that the bearing is installed gently, and the bearing is matched with the seat hole with a small gap. Under normal circumstances, the end face should be gently knocked for positive installation, and it is more difficult to install due to forced impact, so that the surface of the bearing seat hole is damaged or even discarded.
2. The inner sleeve of bearing must be installed by induction heating and shall not exceed 120 ℃. It is strictly forbidden to heat and disassemble the bearing with open fire.
3. When it is difficult to install, find out the reasons, take reasonable measures after eliminating the problems, repair in time if there are parts deformation and other problems, and request to modify the drawing if necessary.
4. Inject sufficient and clean lubricating grease in strict accordance with the requirements.
5. When unqualified seals, glands and other parts are found during installation, they must be strictly scrapped or repaired to ensure that the assembly quality meets the quality requirements.
